escalated. All transportation for Receptions, Cruises,

It is very time-consuming to travel to and from
all the Conference events from other locations in
Istanbul, due to heavy traffic at peak times. And
staying at the Swissotel Bosporus will energize
our traditional collegial socializing that is so
much a part of our Conferences. We hope registrants

roomnights. Without this, ICOC will be charged very
